It was, ty for letting me know. Is there any way to monitor the server status?

I just finished a mission where I was supposed to destroy a getaway submarine, I cannot remember the name of the mission, and then I clicked on EXIT mission. I was locked up for about 5 minutes, and decided to close the task and come back. I have since been unable to reconnect. I sometimes can not connect and I get the message that my account is still logged in, and then if I wait, I can log in my account but I get told that my character is in the process of logging out and I cannot log in on it at this time. I have tried other characters and they all dont work, saying they are in the process of logging out. Please advise.
