Recently I made a Claws/DA Scrapper because I like the theme and really want to make it my main after making several characters trying out the various powers. Issue is, I'm not an expert at this game and what's the most optimal when it comes to making builds. I only played this game when I was younger when my dad would get tired and he told me to finish a task force for him while he went to sleep. I hear a lot about capping recharge so I can have perma hasten so I try for that without gimping the rest of my build.
