I've been dealing with this problem for a while now. I've been an occasional player using tequilla for a few years. for a bit over a month now, I get a message"We were unable to locate the game data files. It is likely that your installation is corrupt and needs to be repaired. The game will now exit." without ever seeing the login screen, and nothing seems to help. I've tried redownloading everything, same message.
Recently downloaded the Sweat Tea launcher. After getting that set up, I run the launcher, get to the log-in, and it tells me my username or password is not accepted. I just reset my pass with the link in this thread, same message. <sigh>
