I thought smashing and lethal were the most resisted? :( well I was going to pair it with sonic as the primary. Would the applied damage resistance debuff off set that issue?

So back in the day I was always interested in using this secondary on a defender but it was always getting trashed on reviews. So given all the improvements to the game as a whole I was wondering if the effectiveness of this power has improved? How would you stack it up in the rankings of Def secondary powers.
