Thank you, thank you, thank you for including manual installation instructions, including the new .pigg file.

 

I begged the previous author to include a manual method of installation, but he flat out refused, saying anyone should be able to use his installer.

 

Well, I couldn't, and so I was stuck until I happened across your new instructions.
