Update- Did the patron arc, got a respec

Damn that could be it, because i did use the 3 respecs I got from 10, 20, and 30. But I thought they changed it on I25 to be every 10 levels?

Also any advice on where to officially submit a bug report would be appreciated

Upon leveling up to 40 I was not awarded a free respec. I thought I must be crazy and waited until 50, but again the game did not award it. Typing /respec just told me I was out of respecs and to see jack wolfe (who is non functional on I25) Not sure if it matters, but I had respecced 3 times prior to discovering this bug. Am I just SOL?
