Hey I'm looking into Savage Melee or War axes what are some good secondary powers to pair with them I'm looking into regen for Savage and shield defense for Battle axes

Hey I'm having a bit of hard time deciding on a build for Scrapper here's the ideas I have some far Street justice/regen or Invulnerability Claws/reflexes or Ice armor Spines/regen Dual Swords/Reflexes,Regen or Ice armor

Hey I need some help on a build for a Super Strength Brute what would be a good secondary power to pair with SS? I was thinking between Regeneration, Invulnerability or Stone Armor and I'm open to the other secondary powers. Thank you for your time and help
