Thanks for the information. Still no joy. I will see if Cream Soda helps. Where is the best place to grab it? Also, could Windows 7 be the reason? What about router firewall?

I installed this over the weekend, but I have yet to be able to get logged in to the game. I get a message indicating that the client cannot get connected to the login server. Any ideas what might be causing this?
