I figured out what the issue was. What I did wrong was I keep Tequila up and I needed to restart the program to get the update.

I attempted to log in to the EU server. This is the server I normally play on. I got an error that said "Wrong game version. Run Patcher and restart." I went to Tequila but it didnt look like there was a place to run patches. Anyone have any thoughts on how to solve this?
