Hi all, I’m making a topic here in hopes of getting some trouble shooting tips since support tickets can be a lengthy wait process .

 

The day after I26 went live I had no issues .

at some point in the middle of the night that same day, the servers were rebooted due to frequent crashing (see maintenance notes)

 

Since then, anytime I logon I only stay online for 1-10 minutes at a time before getting “lost connection to map server” and booted back to the login.

 

My internet connection is fine and I have already revalidated my files.

 

Any tips?
