Not getting the Fire Chief Badge

Hi

I have been working on this badge. I have been in a team and soloed.  The badge bar is full but not showing progress, and not being awarded.

I have the Firefigher and the Volunteer Firefighter Badge, Please look into

There are two badge bars for this one: one for hellions and one for fires. One can show full while the other still needs to be completed, and only one of them (I think the Hellion one which is usually the first to fill) shows on "Closest to Completion".

Ok..

 

So I guess the Fire bar is one of those " Unknown ??? "  without a text but progress bar.  (have 5 and 2 are high up)

 

Will do more fires and try to find out
