Does anyone have ice/thermal build?

Hitting level 43 and it's time to get serious about slotting IO's. Are there any builds out there? 

 

Since most can soft cap defense, i chose thermal to benefit the resists of large teams in end-game content. Ice primary with heat exhaustion and melt armor should really help killing the AV's. I've searched the forums and reddit without any luck. Does anyone out there have a good build i can look at? Help with epic and incarnate choices would also be appreciated.

here's my first shot. Good smash/lethal resists, decent ranged defense., and good regen on the defensive side of things. Good haste, accuracy, recovery, and damage for the offensive side. I've got no idea what to do with heat exhaustion. I might pull a couple of those slots back if i can find a better use for them. Maybe go for Hami's there?
