Azzy Posted April 17, 2020 Posted April 17, 2020 Howdy! Been enjoying my StJ and Shield scrapper for a while now, but not sure what to build toward as I'm approaching level 40. What kind of end game builds should I start looking at for this power combo? I'm still using 35 IO's and the like.
