Any tips or ideas to help give an idea on a good way to build him? inspirations and such

TW/DA is a theoretical awesome build. Problem is it will likely take quite a while and lots of IOs to come into power. Endurance will be your biggest issue, so pack lots of blues.

Thanks. I'm new to this game in general so i'm not sure as to what the slang terms and abbreviations are yet. What are IOs? and by blues i'm guessing you mean the blue inspirations?

If you're new to the game you may want to find a build thats more forgiving of being new. IOs are Invention Origin Enchancements, some of the good IO builds cost billions.
