Two Builds One Choice

So I built a Super Strength Invulnerability Brute. He's level 50 and has a pile of cash.  for RP reasons I'm committed to taking Spring Attack.
For Personal Play reasons I don't really want anything that's going to trade off two minutes of awesome for an instant death at the end (Thinking about dropping Dull Pain).

 

I've come up with two builds that I think are pretty good, but they both rely on the Agility Incarnate Power and I'm worried I don't have enough damage.
Which of these do you think would be more effective as a generalist who wanted to run endgame missions at +4/8? And what further tweaks would you do?
