Getting error "Map Failed To Start" after character creation

Hi I am getting the following error, on both my computers:

"Map failed to start"

I tried it on several different times and computers :(

This usually means your connection to the game ended while you were making your character.  The character isn't recorded as finished until you load them onto a map for the first time.

 

-- Try saving your costume and power customizations before finishing the character, so next time you try to make the character, you're not doing the same work twice.

-- If after finishing character creation quickly, the game still won't load the map, let us know.  There's additional troubleshooting to be done.

-- If the game disconnects during play, it's a network issue stopping you from getting started.  If you're on Wi-Fi, for example, an intermittent connection will not allow you to play.
