Do we have access to City of Villains?

I was just wondering if we will get access to city of villains content. I used to play that back in the day a lot. :)

Yes you get to choose which side from the Log in.

If you want to start straight into CoV then Choose City of Heroes Freedom then select your character type i.e. dominator or w/e and then choose where you will start the game.  If you want to do the tutorial then choose Breakout.
