Looking to commission a base on Everlasting... is this the right place?

Disclaimer: I’m brand-new to CoX, and brand-new to the forums, so apologies if this is in the wrong place.

 

I’d really like to commission an island base that would serve as a home for my character and his fiancé. I already have the island itself built, thanks to a friend, but I’d love to get the actual house and extras built and added in.

 

I don’t know what the going rate is, but I’m happy to work something out with someone if they’re willing to help. We have broad ideas for what we want to do with it, but any ideas or assistance in design choices are of course welcome.

 

Basically, we would love a two-story, open-floor-plan island home built on the island, with lots of exotic foliage, a waterfall, some live-in staff, a gym (preferably with a wrestling ring if that’s possible), a bar, a study with lots of books as well as a desk with a computer, a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean, and probably some other stuff that I’m forgetting. And the fiancé will have some input as well.
