Overseer and CoT Boss Badges not progressing

While doing the Sara Moore task force I noticed that the badge progressing for defecting the Overseers and the CoT bosses was not progressing. For the overseer defeat badge I started out a 0, by the end of the task force I only had a count of 15. 

 

For the CoT bosses I started out with 11 on the progression but the progress did not advance as the team was defeating  CoT mages that were bosses.

 

I was in mission and participating in the combat through out the task force.
