Staff Fighting/Elec Armor - would love some feedback

Hello everyone,

 

This was my first time using Mids to pre-plan any build, I like Staff Fighting a lot but am open to suggestions of other primary powers, and looking through the secondaries i chose Electric Armor. i still don't know a lot about the soft caps for resists and defenses for stalkers but im assuming that when the bar graph changes color you have gone over the soft cap. i threw this build together and to me it looks like it might be good but i would love some feedback, if I have added to much resists/def, anything I could change to make it better, any and all help is greatly appreciated. also this is only the 3rd time i have ever used a forum so i hope I'm posting this link correctly.
