Cosmic Balance - buff?

Well, I've been having much fun playing my first Peacebringer since the live servers.  Levelling in teams is great fun and the multi roles they can play when the need arises in a team is awesome. 

 

Have done much reading of builds and threads here about Khelds and a common theme that comes up is that kheldians need a bit of love?  Not really having any major complaints myself tbh however, a thought occurred...

 

How about a buff to Cosmic Balance so team members get benefits from the Kheldian inherent?  Obviously needs to be balanced but maybe adds that extra shiny thing they are missing?  They excel on teams so why not make the inherent reflect that?
