In City of Data Frozen Aura from the blaster secondary ice manipulation deals 158 damage at level 50 and I just confirmed this on the test server.

 

I hope it's not a bug that it deals double damage And it auto-sleeps the minions, making it arguably the Best PBAOE in the game (it hits like shield charge but only need a base 20 seconds to recharge).

But I suspect the coding changes for auto-sleep accidentally doubled the damage.
