AE, Final Mission's "Return Success Dialogue" doesn't appear

I made a 5 mission arc in AE, but for whatever reason, after the final mission, I will select the contact and instead of presenting me with the "Return Success Dialogue," I will simply have the entire arc closed out and completed. I'll get the architect souvenir and everything. I'm not entirely certain what to do. I can post the files, but I've also gone ahead and published the arc if that makes it easier to review. The arc is entitled "Shadow over Zgevnia," with the author @King of Lions, and the contact Katarina Yondomir.

I can try and make do with the return success popup? But that's obviously not idea.
