Archmage Tarixus mission not accessible from Pillar of Ice and Flame

There is no way for me to select missions from this COV contact via the pillar of ice and flame (LVL 25-29). I tried from both my base and Ourboros. Where there is usually a spot to click below the description.. there is just nothing. No way to select it only for this contact from what I can tell.

I just realized.. I need to "seek out histories" to unlock this? Sorry I misunderstood.

Just to verify, do you have the Lorekeeper badge?  You need it to unlock him.

Yea i totally do not lol. Realized right after I posted that I needed some other content to unlock and did not know how/if i could delete this thread. Thanks for the info. I will take a look at that lorekeeper badge.
