As a way to get around one of the game's color limitations, adding perfectly normal human arms to the robotic arms options seems like a really good way to allow players to use certain full-body tops in new and interesting ways while taking advantage of an asset that already exists in-game: the bare arm geometry that certain jackets-with-sleeves options already use.
