Email bug

I had attempted to send an alt some money but for some reason the influence was taken for the attachment but not actually there. For clarification I did see the mail there that I sent myself but there was no attachment, I then switched back to the character I sent the money from and they had a balance of zero. I asked if it was a known bug over on Discord and someone sent me another email as a test to which I received and with an attachment of influence. I had just deleted two or three characters and moved some others in the list if that has any bearing.
