Looking for a Thugs/Traps Mids recommendation or build

Returning player from 2020 here (and 2008ish from back in retail). I have forgotten a lot of the subtleties of slotting your powers, especially as a MM (and more specifically as a MM with a mule power).

 

Anyone have a good recommendation for a build to start with? I am looking for the basics, like Perma-Hasten (is this possible on an MM?), and some capped defenses.

 

I'd build my own but it's sorta overwhelming. Thanks in advance!
