Need a build for Psi Blast / Rad Emission Corruptor

Basically just got back into the game after multi year break. I use to do my own builds but cannot seem to remember how to do them. I already downloaded mids and my build is just garbage.... I am already lvl 50 and really can only play when I have a friend with me. tips, build or even the ability to talk to someone on discord to learn how to make a functioning build would really be appreciated.
