Keybinds not saved after zoning? (eg. /bind KEY "powexecname hasten")

Hi, 

 

On the test server, i bound my keys and they do not get saved when i die or zone out.
Setup:
-/bind z "powexecname hasten"
-/bind d "+backward$$powexecname Inner Will"

I zone into an AE mission to try it out and they no longe work.  When i rebind them with the commands above, they work again, until i zone.

just tested on another character and this one DID keep the keybinds after zoning so not sure what triggered it
