fixed Sonic Resonance Liquefy

The sonic resonance T9 power liquefy does not have color customization options on the actual location drop effect, which is always the default orange color. This affects all versions of the power for all ATs that have the set. I just want to know if this is a known issue and if there is a possible fix for it on any form of distant horizon. I know this is probably a pretty low priority issue, but it has been bothering me for some time, as character customization is one of the main forms of fun I have with CoH. I can see there have been other posts about this, but I bring it up again in a new post for emphasis on the issue, as the past posts seem to have gone unanswered and unnoticed by the dev crew.
