Unable to load some characters

This afternoon I started to get a problem where I am unable to load some characters in multiple of my accounts.  I was able to load one in Independence port but all characters I had in Kings Row and in Independence Port I couldn't.  It just hard locks the client at character selection when I click next.

Figured out how to fix it ... I deleted all maps and all cache and it fixed it.
