Group Mail Option and Coalition Rosters

Is it possible to implement a mail system that allows group mails to be sent? For example, mass mail sent to your Super Group? Or maybe being able to create mailing lists that can go to multiple players? My intention in this is strictly for SG event and information purposes. 

 

Also, is there a way that can be created that links coalitions so entire rosters can be viewed if you are in a coalition? It would be a great feature to have since the Friend's List is limited. If not possible, can we increase the Friends List amount?
