KX-Komadori Wings and SK-2 Shrike Wings animations

I really like these wings, and I think they'd look good on a superjump hero as well as a flying one, but at present there doesn't seem to be any way to have them animate while jumping.

 

Would it be possible to give them an option similar to the rocket boots part that makes them activate while jumping? Or failing that, could we get an "always on" version of the part? Then people could use costume changes to open and close them.
