Unai Kemen council empire mish disappeared from my mission list, and acts as though it was completed

Hi. I had saved the Unai Kemen council empire "close the portals" mish. And I have run it many many times on this toon while being very sure nobody ever clicked glowies. Tonight when I logged in to go run it solo for some zen farming I find it is gone.

As an additional bit of data - I went to speak to unai and it seems like he has the next mission available to me as though the previous (and precious) one was completed. But I am 100% certain it was never completed. I usually go in alone, or with my wife, and the few times I have brought others along I made sure they were out of the mission before I logged out.


Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
