Black screen on Launch

RUnning AMD 7800 x3d, 64gb Ram ( 2x32), 7900 XTX, running on main monitor @2k resolution.  I have tried reinstalling the game to my game drice ( E drive, not C drive, in case that matters), tried resetting graphics on next launch, so far nothing, Oh, also tried turning off hardware accel. still nothing

resolved: turns out my gpu was one update old, a open gl issue might have been the cause
