Shield/Fire build feedback and incarnate abilities

I made my first tanker ever and i went with shield/fire. I have him nearly IO'd out - i am still missing the Armageddon set in combustion. I searched the forums pretty heavily and could not find a build for this combo (i am sure one exists but i couldnt find it). I have been running +4/x8 content and still struggle. I feel like i lack damage. I can fight for a while but then i start taking hits eventually and just get worn down over time. From what i have read, i should be able to handle this content pretty easily. Looking for feedback on this build and what could be changed to make it better.

 

For incarnates, i figured Cardiac for the alpha, but not sure past that.
