Rock clipping through Pocket D in Monkey Cage area

I had a friend playing a character (Kixu) that they had been wanting to play with. They've played CoH with me before. They had him doing costume editing (they changed him from a huge to a male normal and totally redid his look). This was done at Trina in Pocket D. Then they had him on a farm map for a while, but they had to leave, so they exited the farm by quitting team. I recommended they leave him in Pocket D for a bit to get the badge for fast travel, so they took a random AE mission (they say they took "the first one" listed) but never entered it, and moved the character to the lower level of the monkey cage to be out of the way of active players, then went AFK and left. (Giving all the details in case the costume change/body change or going in and out of mission may have somehow caused this.) According to them, the character had never left Pocket D except to go in the farm. When I got back to the PC hours later, the character was standing inside a rock formation. Sadly, I *thought* I took screenshots but they apparently didn't work (this particular PC has been having multiple issues). I had my own character logged on, on my Win7 PC which is working normally, and went to the area, but that character wasn't able to see the rock even though I could clearly see it on the character my friend plays. They later answered me to say there was nothing unusual nor any weird rock clipping when they left. I will try to recreate and if I can, will get screenshots this time, if I have to paste them into paint to save them. 

According to the ticket, coordinates were: -1302.4, -1.6, 0.0 on the Pocket D map

 

A screenshot from my older PC shows my character (Dr. Rocker - dude in the wifebeater). I brought him to the area and he saw only the normal geometry. The "rock" was clipped through the lower level, about halfway up that ramp they are at, all the way across. Only visible to Kixu (the one in the black outfit). Sadly he was logged on the problem PC and evidently "Print Screen" didn't.  😞
