Marine/Storm Defender - Looking for feed back.

Hi all!

 

I returned to the game back in November, and have quite enjoyed remaking some old characters and new. 

I wanted to focus on some archtypes that I did not play a lot in the live game, so I tried my hand at a Marine/Storm defender that's coming up on level 50. Since both were released last summer there isn't the same "20 years of opinions" as their are with other ATs/Builds, so I have tried my hand at a MA/Storm DEF build here. I am not entirely savvy on the math behind procs, so I think some of my proc placement might be off, but before I go investing influ/merits into the build I was hoping for some feed back from the pros out there. So, please let me know your opions! Note: Some things were chosen to be on theme. Goals are general survivability/mezz protect and resistance, solo and endgame ability. So really, all-around build.
