Bonus points if the barbarian skin and tights are included! In the visual example below, the darker underoos (ignore the belt) are the "Bare" option, while the smaller and lighter grey one is the "Brief" pants decal. If these could be added to Monstrous pants somehow, that would make me one happy boi. 1
