The Ability to Have Real Superpowers

What if super powers could be spoken into existence? What super powers? What would you use super powers for? No form of weird science or mutations but rather real super powers via magic (ie waking up one day). I'll start. I would have to go collect rent from the treasury department (https://home.treasury.gov/south-plaza-hamilton-statue) via flying with a nicely worded letter. I would need other super heroes to help carry bags of money. If the people working at the treasury department cause issues because of the context that I would have to collect rent, then it may get a little bit more hectic and physical justice may have to be executed while preserving life. Super speed and super strength would clearly be needed to move such heavy bags of money. The stronger the strength, the higher the ability to hold heavy bags.Upon leaving a "Men in Black" scenario could occur and the people working would completely forget about rent having to be collected. The constructive aspect of super powers has never fully been looped in to reality without a form of exploitation within the bigger square of the universe. Think bigger, that's all I'm saying. If one simply speaks the reality of the situation which they exist then hypothetically superpowers could exist one day under the correct formative pressures of the universe, especially within a place where freedom of speech without repercussions are in effect.
