Peacebringer's Energy Flight, Combat Flight, and Quantum Acceleration Customization

I would really like to see the power customization options from Fly/Hover/Afterburner get proliferated to Peacebringer.   Specifically Hover's character pose, and Minimal Effects for Quantum Acceleration.
