Fight Clubs still around?

I haven't been on in a real long time. Been running around in RV with some success, finding blue-side people to box with - but not many. Are fight clubs still a thing? Such as:

 

 

Used to be held by (mostly) melee AT's back in the day. Post I-13 the meta is...different, I get that (and don't like it, but that's for another day), but is there still room around for stuff like this? I remember in RV the majority of the fight club debuts were held either on the train station by the hero base or under Atlas. Do people still do these things or am I just not on at high-times (Central Standard, usually midday to late-night)?

 

Would be kinda neat if there was a specific day for fight clubs that I was just missing.
