Dominator Arsenal controls Cloaking Device bug ?

I noticed on 2 seperate dominators that if you set cloaking device in Arsenal Control to "No Fade" in the tailors then it dosn't surpress in the Combat Attributes and the stealth radius remains that same.

If this is actually not surpressing or is just a combat attributes error i have no idea but i tested it on 2 Doms before and after and it is repeatable.
