Horrible FPS on startup?

Hey all,

 

Wow. So happy to see Homecoming finally acquired the license, I am back after a very long time!

 

Only problem is my frames are abysmal at launch/character creation and I imagine they'll continue to be bad if launched in its current state. My rig should be plenty more than enough to handle it, but does anyone have any ideas? I've already tweaked some of the ultra settings around but nothing yet. I was just curious if this was a common thing as I could not find a similar post from searching.

 

Let me know if you need any specs beyond these:

 

CPU: AMD Radeon 610M/Ryzen 7 7700X 8 Core

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080

RAM: 32G
