Aether Costumes on pets?

I understand that fully customizing MM pets has been settled as out of the question, due to the difficulty of policing the resultant costumes for copyright violation and TOS.

 

However, might Aether tier One, Two, and Halloween costumes be applied to compatible MM pets as well as one's character? This would prevent any violations while giving MMs more diverse critters to summon.
