Savage/Fire/Mu - Build Advice

I found a build that did a lot of what interests me, and edited it a bit to include what I wanted (adding flight and Mu mastery) but I've no idea how to populate the Mu Mastery part in a way that incorporates it effectively.

had an error in the build - I'd swapped Savage Strike and Maiming Slash by mistake
