New tip for "Skulls vs Family?" disappears after completing a morality mission

I had acquired the "Skulls vs Family?" tip, kept it in my inventory then ran a morality mission and afterward, "Skulls vs Family?" was no longer available. 

 

I'm not surprised, the same thing happens with "Wizard's Weakness" but I can't imagine this is the intended behavior.

 

Note to the "well akshully..." crew - I know reacquiring this is trivial and not burdensome at all.  Just documenting a bug.
