Character Bugged ... not responsive

[Cranium]

Corrupted Cowman is my Character on Everlasting and not able to click Menu or powers in tray and other issues. Have to type /quit to log off et cetera. On city of heroes Discord @injunuity and @Michiyo tried to assist me in trying multiple methods to restore character to being functional. I also put a ticket in Support: My Cowman I suspect is corrupted #65145. GM Solace also tried to assist. The ticket was "Closed Due to Inactivity" Late Thrusday/early Friday even thou I responded on Thursday (I not feel that it was inactive). I was told by  @injunuity to submit this as a Bug. 

 

At time the problem occurred I was in the Options of my character. I believe the file on Everlasting server for the Character is Corrupted. Please take a look at the character in question, and the above ticket and in game support on CoH: Homecomming.
