Base Geometry losing collision randomly

When running around in the base after I built some of it, I’ve noticed that power box 5 collision does not always work. I am using them as sidewalks and have them lowered to give the look I’m going for.  sometimes I am running through it instead of on top of it. Mainly when I am outside of the area of the power boxes I have to jump to end up on top of them instead of going through them. When I do run through them collision randomly starts working which gets me stuck in certain areas.
