SERIOUS issue with travel power toggles not turning on or off...

For the last 3 days at least, travel powers either won't turn on or off when you hit the toggle switch...sometimes there's a delay (significant) before it activates...sometimes nothing happens at ALL no matter how often you press the button.  Others have reported issues as well, a few I have asked.  This has happened to me on multiple characters, using power slide, athletic run, jet and rocket packs, and flying.  It's extremely frustrating,  Please fix this as soon as possible!!

I just checked via https://testmy.net/latency?testALL=1

My latency is Colorado Springs, CO | ping co3.testmy.net
75.9 ms Average | 121% deviation (91.9 ms)
 

I also did a "cmd" DOS command to check for packet loss:

This issue with travel powers not toggling on or off is continuing today...not consistently, but more often than not.  Also things like the "Ore Extractor" in Bloody Bay are not firing, as well.
